The eligible candidates can apply for the JoSAA 2019 Registration. If you want to participate in the JoSAA counselling then you need to be eligible for it. The JEE Main and JEE Advanced qualified candidates will be able to participate in the seat allotment process conducted by JoSAA. Scroll this page down to collect more information.
The eligible candidates who will be applied for the registration for the JoSAA can make their choices as per their eligibility. The JoSAA 2019 seat allotment process will be conducted for the candidates who recently passed the JEE Main and JEE Advanced Exam. The candidates need to complete the registration process to get admission in the engineering and management institutions. You will get the choices as per your eligibility which will automatically appear on your device screen after complete the registration process.
After complete the JoSAA registration, you need to select the few choices which are available for you. The candidates need to complete the choice filling and then lock the selected choices before the counselling will start. The board will allot you seat as per preferred order you arrange in the Seat Allotment Process. Before allotted the seat, the board will conduct two mock seat allotments. So, the candidates will get an idea about the seat, that can be allotted to them as per preferred order.

The candidates need to register online by entering roll number and password of JEE Main and JEE Advanced if they qualify for the exam.
Online Choice Filling & Locking
After registration, you will see the institution list as per your eligibility. You need to select institutions and courses in a preferred order to get a seat.
The candidates should know that the seat will be allotted to the candidates on basis of availability of seats, merit and preference order you entered. However, before the actual declaration of JoSAA 2019 Seat Allotment result, the board will conduct two mock tests. Through these mock seat allotment rounds, you will able to know which preferences are better for you. The seat allotment process will be completed in the seven rounds.

Payment of fee & Seat Acceptance
Once the seat will be allotted, you need to choose one of the steps given here:
Freeze is the option to get the allotted seat if you satisfy with it and don’t want to participate in upcoming rounds.
If the candidates want to keep the allotted seat but also want to upgrade this seat then follow this option.
If you satisfy with the seat allotted to you but want to upgrade the course in the same institution then check the option.
If you have already accepted the allotted seat, they can withdraw the seat by reporting at the allotted institution before the last round of seat allotment.

Final Reporting at the allotted Institution
After finishing of document verification, you need to report at the allotted institute and pay the balance fees in the institute to confirm the admission.
